An important Information Meeting will be held on February 27th, 2018 so our Strata Council can update you on important issues you need to know and be involved in as an ownership.  Important  decisions will be made by our ownership. Issues include the Corix claim; the Lesperance Mendes claim and plans to begin painting of our development. We require your attendance – watch for more details.

A Contract company will be on site this week @ # 3-3109 161 Street doing a review and repair of fascia on the patio deck. Information from this repair will be used for further knowledge on other   required fascia patio repairs in the development.

On behalf our our ownership we wish to thank Carmen Stefanac for her contribution to the Block Watch Committee. As she moves to a new home we wish her and Damir the best.
