Recently there have been several instances where the all windows in the gym have been left wide open all night. This practice not only causes the heat to come on due to the cold night air and drop in temperature but also provides an opportunity for moisture and potentially rain to blow in which could create problems with the electronics on the treadmills and other electronic equipment.
We have place signs on the door requesting windows be closed upon leaving but for some reason they continue to be left open. Obviously having a window open during exercise is refreshing however, they must be closed before leaving. If the windows continue to be left open, more drastic measure may have to be taken. Please be respectful and treat this space as if it was your own home and take a minute to close all windows before leaving the gym.
