Just a friendly reminder that we have our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 6PM at the Elgin Hall- 14250 Crescent Road, Surrey, BC.
Dwell sent out the email package to all homeowners on April 23, 2024, so I encourage everyone to ensure they have rec’d this email & if you have not, please let us know & we can resend Dwell’s email again to those who didn’t receive it. Important Note- you may want to check your spam or junk mail as well.
Unfortunately, Dwell made the decision without consulting or notifying the Council that they would not be sending out paper copies in the mail this year- email copies only. If this is a significant issue for any homeowners, then please let us know & we will attempt to print off copies for those who require them.
Again, apologies for any issues this may have caused. We ask for patience as we transition from Dwell to Leonis over the next 6 weeks.
