With warmer weather approaching, we’d like to remind everyone to follow the rules and exercise proper etiquette when using the pool and hot tub. Residents must accompany their guests at all times while using the pool. The Strata wants everyone to enjoy our beautiful outdoor facilities, but it’s crucial that we all contribute to keeping the area clean and tidy. This includes picking up any garbage and water bottles and ensuring the hot tub cover is replaced after use.
Please note that smoking or vaping any substance on common property is strictly prohibited and violates our bylaws.
We understand that children love to play and have fun in the pool. However, parents should ensure that excessive screaming, yelling, and splashing do not disturb others. If your child is not cooperating, please remove them from the pool and use the sitting/picnic area outside to allow them time to calm down before returning.
Please take a moment to read the rules posted in the amenities building and pool area and remember to take all pool toys with you when you leave.
