The recently installed window well grate repairs were based on the understanding that the windows in the wells had quick release hardware installed which allowed the operable window to swing freely as outlined in the architectural drawings. However, it has come to light that the windows do not have quick release hardware and when the windows open they inhibit the occupant from accessing the proposed future ladder based on the configuration of the removable grates installed. There are 16 grates which require adjustment – operable grate switched to alternate side of window well.
The alternations are scheduled for Monday, March 26 10 a.m, please find below a list of grates that require adjustment (grate switched) to ensure that the future ladders will line up directly under the operable grate sections:

I am confused. I have had NO work done to my window grates! I still have the heavy ones.
The picture shown here shows a grate I do NOT have let alone a ladder.
