DESCRIPTION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY:
A male, approximately 5’10, medium build, ethnicity unknown, wearing all dark clothing and possibly a toque, was checking the door handles of vehicles to determine if they were locked or the vehicles had contents. Location & time of this activity as noted above.
