The following is an update on the Will Creek Block Watch initiative.
For the purpose of the Block Watch program, Wills Creek has been broken into three zones given the size and geographical layout. Zone 1, 3122 – 160 St entrance, Zone 2 3109 – 161 entrance west, Zone 3, 3109 – 161 St entrance east. Each Zone has a designated Block watch Captain and Co-Captain with Tom Jones now coordinating the program for our community. Training for Block Watch Captains and Co-captains will take place March 23rd. Once completed, Captains and Co-captains for each zone will meet with the owners, register each resident and provide information should they wish to participate.
Most recently there has been another break-in of the mail boxes and a break-in to one of our units on the 3109 side of the complex. In light of these recent events and until the Block Watch initiative is in place, the police have been contacted and asked to increase patrols in the area. More info to follow.
