The objective of the 10-Year Servicing Plan (the “Servicing Plan”) is to establish a program of municipal engineering infrastructure works and services that are required to meet the needs identified under the Official Community Plan and Neighbourhood Concept Plans approved by Council. The Servicing Plan identifies the costs to provide transportation, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer services for both the existing population and the projected growth in population over the next 10 years (2017-2026).
