- As you may be aware the Maintenance Committee has placed salt crystals adjacent to each of the mailbox cages for your personal use to spread on your private walkways. Please help your self and return the bucket.
- A lock box with a key pad has been added to the TELUS/SHAW electrical rooms on both the 3122 and 3109 side. Continue to contact Kelly Raby at RE/MAX and she will ensure you get the 4 digit code. This now necessitates no need for anyone to come and unlock the door. Be aware that it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure it is locked at the end of the service.
- An engineer from RDH will be on site Monday January 8th reviewing the need for sealant repair in our entire development. You may see him at your individual Units.
