Urgent – Notice to Owners regarding opening of TELUS room- 3122 and 3109 Side:
Homeowners are to do the following – BEFORE TELUS arrives on site to initiate the fiber optic installation. Failure to do so will require you to rebook with TELUS.
ACCESS TO ELECTRICAL/TELEPHONE ROOM
If you are having Telus, Shaw or another internet, cablevision or telephone service provider attend your home the technician will likely require access to the electrical room. To provide access for this work, please email the Property Manager (kelly.raby@dwellproperty.ca) at least 24 hours in advance(minimum one business day). Access will be provided as necessary. By arranging for access in advance, it will allow the technician to complete the work and saving having to reschedule additional work.
TELUS WiFi now available at Amenity Building
Instructions to Connect to the TELUS Wi-Fi in Amenities Building
- In the Amenity Building go to Settings on your Phone or Tablet
- On the Wi-Fi tab Choose a Network – choose #telus
- You will be asked to enter your name and email and to accept terms and conditions
- You will receive an email – choose to Activate
- You are then connected to all # telus networks in BC.
This coming week Sense Engineering will be on site.
Sense Engineering will be inspecting a number of basements at Wills Creek November 28th and 29th, 2017.
REMINDER – Prior to this inspection, ALL owners are asked to complete the online survey so that Sense Engineering is made aware of conditions in the basement of your strata lot whether they are scheduled to inspect them or not.The deadline for completion of this survey was Nov 21st. Please complete if you have not done so.
