We will be holding a special homeowner’s information meeting on Dec 2, 2019, from 7.00 – 9.00 PM at the Wills Creek Clubhouse.
The purpose of this information meeting is to address recent inquiries and comments related to the newly proposed contingency (legal advancement) fee arrangement by Lesperance Mendes. This contingency fee arrangement will make up part of the discussion and vote at the forthcoming SGM (Dec 4, 2019)
We encourage all homeowners to attend and become better informed regarding the details of the next SGM.
Please bring your SGM notification package to the meeting for reference as well as your proxy form.
