As spring has arrived at Wills Creek the Landscaping Committee would like to review the procedure
In requesting a Landscape Improvement Request.
We also wish to welcome and inform all our new Homeowners who may not be aware of our required
procedure.
Forward an email request for any Landscaping Improvement to Leonis Management atadmin@leonismgmt.com
Leonis will forward you: (see attached)
- The Landscape Improvement Request
- Copy of the Bylaws
Upon receipt of the completed Landscape Improvement Request:
- The Landscaping Committee will review your documentation, and the Committee will do an onsite review of your request.
- Their recommendation will be provided to the Council at the next Strata Meeting for a request for approval.
- You will be contacted if further information is required.
- No work on your request is to begin until your approval from Council is received.
- Leonis Management and the Landscaping Committee will notify you if your request has been accepted.
Procedure After Council has approved:
- Leonis Management will ensure Indemnity Agreement is signed and will forward the appropriate email to owner with signed Indemnity Agreement.
- This will then give the homeowner permission to proceed with their request.
