If you own Panasonic Inverter microwave oven and the start button doesn’t work, check this out before you toss it in the recycle .These microwaves have a electronic key pad and over time the start button has a tendency to stick. This is a common problem with the make and when this occurs the unit will not turn on which makes it useless.  To replace the unit or get if fixed can be very costly so before you throw it away, try using a hair dryer to head up the start button. Let it cool and hopefully the button will not stick.
