One of the owners has reported that the spring above the overhead garage door in their unit has come loose as shown in the attached photograph. These springs are under tremendous tension and could cause serious injury if they come loose or break making this a safety concern for home owners. Please inspect your spring to ensure it has not come loose and if so, contact a qualified garage door specialist. Warning: This is not a job for the handy man!
