With spring upon us, it’s the perfect time to tidy up in and around your townhouse. While Strata is responsible for maintaining the common areas, we appreciate the efforts many homeowners have made to clean their limited common property, such as decks and balconies.
Although Strata does not endorse any particular company, several private businesses offer cleaning services, including power washing. One such company that homeowners have used in the past—and most recently—is Akartar Janitorial Services Ltd. This company is also contracted by our Amenities Janitorial Service provider to clean the clubhouse patio area, pool deck, and walkways around our green space and offer reasonable rates.
Akartar Janitorial Services offers a range of services, including house cleaning, sanitization, pressure washing, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
