DESCRIPTION OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY:
The homeowners’ at 16086 – 28A Ave were woken up at 1:20 a.m. when their exterior perimeter alarm was triggered. They immediately looked outside from the balcony and witnessed an individual leaving their property on a mountain (style) bike and go across the street to check the doors on the neighbors car. The individual proceed west down 28A Ave. on the South side of the street and checked the doors on the vehicle at 16076 – 28A Ave. SEE IMAGES FROM VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ATTACHED. The individual continued West and then North down 160A St at which time he could no longer be seen.
9-1-1 was called immediately upon seeing the individual and the RCMP were dispatched and arrived within 5 to 7 minutes. Two vehicles patrolled the area searching for the culprit.

· saw this individual or something suspicious during the previous day(s), ie someone casing our area;

Hopefully we all remembered to lock our vehicles and secure our personal property so the culprit left empty handed.
