It is that time of year when the warm weather is here, and we are taking to the outdoors to enjoy the good weather with friends and family.
Your landscaping committee is on the job 24/7 to ensure that our complex is maintained and well-watered to allow for the plushest surroundings.
This year the Regional Water authorities implemented an early water restriction aimed at controlling all automated watering systems, whilst conserving our water resources. Wills Creek has complied with these restrictions, limited the number of days and amount of runtime our complex wide automatic irrigation system is programmed.
However, this may not be enough. We ask that all homeowners, take the responsibility to water their surrounding areas (hose application only) as required. In addition please note not all common areas are irrigated and therefore we would ask that homeowners water those areas adjacent to their units either by hand or with appropriate sprinklers following the City Of Surrey Water Restriction guidelines.
This will ensure that we minimize any cost related to damage associated with lack of water, and to ensure that we maintain a lush green environment, for all to enjoy. A little effort can go a long way
